HONY Response Letter
Pick a story and picture from the Humans of New York site. You can access it through their Facebook, Instagram or by going to http://www.humansofnewyork.com/.
Once you have chosen your picture and story, take a screen shot and email it to Ms. Hall at turnintomshall@gmail.com. Put your name as the subject. This way I know which story you have chosen.
You will then write a friendly response letter to the story you have chosen. It needs to be one full page minimum. Today we will begin our rough drafts and work on this until a typed final is required to be turned in.
Remember to start your letter with a greeting and sign your name at the bottom.

3/7 Business Letter Assignment
Use the drafting you have been doing the last few days to type up a rough draft of your Business Letter.
You need the correct formatting and header (on the first Business Letter post) and your letter needs to be at least one full page long.
When you are finished print it out. Your homework will be to have a parent/adult edit it. Bring it in on Wednesday with edit marks on your paper to receive credit!

Clipconverter.cc - download YouTube videos into this in order to input them into your Movie Maker Project.
- Copy the URL
- Paste into Clip Converter
- Hit Continue
- Download the MP4 file
- Save into your Movie Maker folder and you can access it from Movie Maker
All Movies MUST be saved as MP4 files in order for you to present them.
- Click Save Movie - top right corner
- Click Recommended for this Project
- Save as type - .MP4 or .WMV - if you do not save as one of these formats it will not be presentable.
- Save - it will show a download bar that you need to wait to continue.
If you saved anything beneficial to the Dell Venue Tablets you need to go back to the exact tablet you were using if you saved anything directly to it. You can also email work to yourself or save to OneDrive to access it. Think about saving to your Google account or your Microsoft account.
